2010 TII Innovation Tour to Quebec

 
DATES

The official programme begins on Monday 27 September. Participants arrive at P.Trudeau International airport during the day. The programme ends on Friday afternoon, 1 October. 

TARGET GROUP

The TII Innovation Tour is open to all professionals involved in the industrial collaboration, research commercialisation, academic entrepreneurship and spin-off support process in universities, research centres, science parks, incubators, innovation centres and national/regional administrations. The group will be limited to 20 people, and priority will be given to TII members.

TRAVEL

Participants are responsible for making their travel arrangements to and from Quebec. Coach transportation is provided by the organisers during the Innovation Tour and is covered by the registration fee.

ACCOMMODATION

A block booking of rooms has been made for 2 nights (27 and 28 September) at the Hotel Le Dauphin in Montreal and for 2 nights (29 and 30 September) at the Hotel Le Dauphin in Saint-Hyacinthe. The price of 4 nights' accommodation is included in the registration fee. Additional nights may be booked before and after the official tour programme at additional cost. Room bookings should be made as part of the registration procedure.

COST

The participation fee is EUR 1,250 for TII members and EUR 1,550 for non-members. The fee covers access to all parts of the official visit tour programme, bed and breakfast for 4 nights, meals over the 4 days and ground transportation. The cost of travel to and from Canada is additional.
